Wedding of L&M
Laura and Maurits decided to get married in their own city, Amsterdam. It was a warm day in Amsterdam and the Vondelpark was full of people enjoying the sun. Laura and Maurits had their “first look” here and enjoyed the moment together. After this emotional first look, we walked through the center and Rembrandtplein, taking many photos along the way. On the way we also had some lunch, until we arrived at the Dylan Hotel.

Ceremonie
The ceremony took place at the beautiful Dylan Hotel. Here, the story of Laura and Maurits was outlined by civil servant Bianca Nunnink, which provided lots of humor and moments of laughter. As it turned out, Laura completely manifested her husband. Down to his pet and even the car he drives! And voila, there was Maurits! Completely in line with what Laura wanted in a man.
Golden Hour
After the reception, we went outside to take advantage of the beautiful sunset. As a wedding photographer, this is one of the moments to take idyllic photos. It's also called the golden hour. With a drink in hand, the bridal couple had a moment to themselves, and I was able to take amazing photos of them with Amsterdam as the background at the same time!
This special wedding ended with a delicious dinner at the Dylan Hotel. The employees of the hotel, especially Femke, organized everything for us down to the last detail. In summary, this was a complete day full of fun, spontaneity and lots of love.
